■Aoyagi Family's house 　Aoyagi family's house is a Samurai's mansion. The family worked under Ashiya family and Satake family. This is the historical spot of Akita prefecture.		■Kakunodate Birch Craft Museum 　The museum displays birch crafts, culture, and historical data. You can also enjoy the presentation about birch crafts.

■Neburinagashi Museum 　Neburinagashi Museum displays bamboo lanterns, Bonten festival, Akita Banzai, Yamaya Bangaku (Japanese traditional opera), and so on. The museum even welcome visitors to touch the lanterns.	Kakunodate	■Hirafuku Memorial Art Museum 　The museum displays many paintings of the great Japanese modern painter-Suian Hirafuku and Hyakusui Hisafuku (father and son), and other Western paintings.

■Masayoshi Hirano Art Museum 　The museum was built by Masayoshi Hirano, and displays Kenji Fujita's paintings among other works of arts.		■Red Brick Museum 　The museum was used as the Akita main bank, however in 1981, it was donated to the government. This is an important Western style building of Meiji period, and National great heritage.
